During my 9 years at Beginning Boutique as Brand Manager, I led a team of 4 creatives to shape every aspect of the brand’s identity and awareness. From curating unforgettable events like 3 years of Coachella influencer trips, a Mykonos retreat, and various Australian activations, to fostering collaborations with some of the world’s biggest influencers, I consistently pushed the boundaries of creative marketing.
I worked on exclusive edits and collections with creators such as Sophia Begg, Paige Lorenze, Georgie Hansen, Emma Leger, Leah Halton, and Sarah Magusara, while managing influencer contracts and negotiations to build seamless partnerships. Beyond influencer marketing, I pioneered first-of-its-kind concepts like TikTok storytelling and live shopping with an influencer, setting new standards for innovative engagement.
Community was at the heart of everything we did. I introduced pop-up events, implemented a community-focused strategy, and launched competitions and giveaways that fostered deeper connections with the audience. I also led major sale campaigns like Black Friday and Boxing Day, developed unique photoshoot strategies, and created PR boxes and curated gifts to surprise and delight customers.
My role extended to strategic podcast development and securing PR coverage across traditional and new media, amplifying the brand’s reach. These efforts were all guided by a vision to connect authentically with audiences and create memorable, impactful moments.
